Oklahoma Man Arrested With Gun, Whiskey, Rattlesnake, And Uranium In Stolen Car

The title says it all.  This guy is ready to party.

Oklahoma man Stephen Jennings was arrested last week in Guthrie, OK when it was discovered he was in possession of an unlicensed handgun, an open bottle of Kentucky Deluxe whiskey (perhaps the worst commercially available American whiskey), a Timber rattlesnake, and a canister that police later discovered contained uranium.  

This begs the question: what was this guy up to?  By the way, the article mentions that there were no charges related to the possession of a Timber rattlesnake or the possession of uranium.  You would think that possession of uranium would be a federal offense or something.
